Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to your use of HIPPO AI (the “Service”), provided by the operator of HIPPO AI (the “Operator”). By using the Service — including connecting a wallet, signing in or signing permissions — you agree to these Terms, Risks and Disclosures, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• An interface for Robinhood Chain that shows market data and automated analysis, such as the HIPPO Score, AI Picks and signals.
• A tool that prepares and simulates trades that you sign in your own wallet.
• Optional automatic trading from a trading account that you own, within the limits you sign, as described in Risks and Disclosures.
• A referral program that records credits from fees actually collected.

• Not custodial. The Operator never holds your private keys or seed phrases. Your wallet and your trading account are controlled by you; the operator address can only act within the permissions you sign.
• Not advice. Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any token.
• No guarantees. The Operator does not guarantee any profit or performance, the accuracy of data or analysis, the availability of the Service, or the safety of any token.
• Not a broker, exchange, adviser or fiduciary. The Operator does not act on your behalf beyond executing the permissions you sign.
• Not an offer. Nothing on the Service is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell $HIPPO or any other token.
• The networks, contracts and data providers the Service uses are operated by third parties, not by the Operator.

You may use the Service only if you are legally able to agree to these Terms and using the Service is lawful for you where you live. You are responsible for checking and complying with the laws, regulations, sanctions and tax rules that apply to you. Do not use the Service where it is prohibited.

• Keep your wallet, seed phrase and devices secure. The Operator cannot recover lost keys or reverse transactions.
• Read each permission and transaction before signing, and choose limits you are comfortable with.
• Keep in your trading account only what you are willing to have traded automatically.
• Make your own trading decisions. You bear the results, including losses.
• Report and pay any taxes on your trades.

• Any illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion and market manipulation.
• Attacking, probing or disrupting the Service, its servers, its worker or other users — including exploiting bugs, denial-of-service attacks and attempts to bypass security measures or rate limits.
• Automated scraping or high-volume requests that burden the Service or its data providers.
• Impersonating HIPPO AI or the Operator, misleading other users, or faking referral activity.

The Operator may block requests, restrict access, or pause automatic trading for accounts involved in prohibited use.

• Viewing data and analysis and preparing manual trades carry no fee from the Service. You pay network gas for transactions you send, and pools or tokens may charge their own fees or taxes.
• Automatic trading: 0.5% of the ETH paid on each automatic buy, or received on each automatic sale, sent in ETH from your trading account to the Operator's fee address as a separate transaction after the trade. The fee is capped at $25 per trade and $50 per day, and by the limits in the fee permission you sign; above those caps a smaller fee, or none, is taken, and if sending fails no fee is taken for that trade. The operator address pays the gas for automatic trades.
• Referrals: the referrer from the link you first arrived with is recorded when you create your trading account; it is not replaced later, and you cannot refer yourself. 30% of each fee actually collected from your automatic trades is recorded as a credit for that referrer. Credits are calculated only from fee transactions that succeeded on-chain.
• Recording a referral credit does not by itself transfer any funds, and no other reward is promised.

Automatic trading is optional. You choose its limits within the caps described in Risks and Disclosures, and you can pause it, turn it off, withdraw ETH or revoke permissions at any time. The Operator may run automatic trading in check-only mode, or pause it for all users or for an account — for example during an outage, when the operator address is low on gas, or when a security problem is suspected. While it is paused or in check-only mode, no orders are placed, including exits.

The Service is provided as is and as available. It may be interrupted, slowed, changed or discontinued at any time without notice, including for maintenance, rate limits, or outages of hosting, the database, the RPC or data providers. Data may be delayed, stale, incomplete or wrong. Features labelled as demo, simulated, sample, soon or not connected are not live.

The Service's software, design, name and logo belong to the Operator or its licensors. Data and content from third parties belong to their owners and are shown under those providers' terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including trading losses, missed, failed or delayed trades, slippage, fees, errors in data or analysis, failures of smart contracts, blockchains or third-party services, and unauthorised access to your wallet or devices.

Where applicable law does not allow liability to be excluded or limited — for example for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or under consumer protection law — the Operator's liability is limited only to the extent that law allows.

The Operator may change these Terms. Updated Terms apply from the effective date shown at the top of this page. If you keep using the Service after that date, you accept the updated Terms.

The original of these Terms is written in Japanese. If a translation differs from the Japanese text, the Japanese text prevails.
